LINK Staffing is seeking a Blending Operator in Pasadena, TX to operate resin blending and extrusion lines. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts (days and nights) on a rotating DuPont schedule with 50-lb material handling and on-site production duties.
Ideal candidates have prior industrial blending or manufacturing experience, can lift 50 lbs regularly, and work well in a non-climate-controlled environment. This temp-to-hire role provides hands-on growth in a busy plant setting.
