What You'll Do
  • Support the Detail Manager with daily department operations
  • Supervise and guide detailers, washers, and reconditioners
  • Maintain efficient workflow for vehicle check‑in, deliveries, and lot management
  • Manage inventory and supplies responsibly
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards
  • Assist with detailing as needed
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of automotive detailing or reconditioning experience
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
  • Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
