Tidal Health is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN to join our vibrant practice in Seaford, Delaware
. This full-time position offers a laborist model with minimal call, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. Tidal Health Nanticoke handles approximately 800 deliveries per year, providing ample opportunities for professional engagement.

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
• Utilize the da Vinci Surgical System for advanced surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with regional MFM specialists for perinatal consultations.

• Base salary range
  : $358,000 - $447,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty).
