Mast Audiology is a locally owned and operated private audiology practice in Seaford, Delaware, committed to improving communication and overall health using advanced hearing aid technology.

We are seeking an additional Audiologist to join our team.

The ideal Audiologist candidate will have a strong background in audiology and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests.
• Perform hearing aid consultations and fittings.
• Provide cerumen (ear wax) removal services.
• Offer ongoing hearing aid maintenance and care.
• Educate patients and their families about hearing loss and available treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.

• Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology.
• State licensure or the ability to obtain state licensure in Delaware.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient‑focused approach to care.

• Salary Plus Bonus ($85,000-$95,000)
