We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics in Southern Delaware. Join our team and help children reach their full potential.

As a non‑profit organization, our focus is always on quality care for our clients. Our managers take time with each new therapist to ensure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. We care for children across diagnoses and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore your passions.
Training & Support- Comprehensive training and professional development
- Paid orientation
- 24/7 clinical support
- Continuing education scholarships
- Full Time: 28 visits per week M–F
- Part Time: 18 visits per week M–F
- Per Diem: 5 visits per week M–F
- Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving them tools to help their child succeed.
- Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people—services can be at home, childcare, the library, or even the playground.
- Use an electronic documentation system for each visit.
- Complete weekly visits.
- Experience with Birth to Five and/or Home Care (preferred).
- Active and good standing Delaware license. If you do not have a Delaware license, BAYADA can assist in obtaining one.
Up to $75 per visit.
