This contract position offers a unique part-time schedule—two full days dedicated to direct services and an additional half day reserved for meetings and testing. • Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting, preferably in schools
• Strong clinical competence in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
• Skilled in collaboration and communication with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to individualized and evidence-based practices

• Deliver speech and language services to elementary-aged students (K-6th)
• Schedule and provide effective, individualized intervention two days each week
• Use the dedicated half day for meetings, IEP planning, evaluations, and collaboration with staff
• Maintain documentation and contribute to student progress reporting
• Participate in parent and team meetings to optimize student outcomes
