Drive store performance, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver outstanding customer service across Auto Zone’s retail locations. This role is part of the Store Management team and supports our commitment to trusted automotive solutions.

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations.
• Lead sales and inventory management efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk‑management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments in managing deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues swiftly while adhering to company policies.

• Leadership skills, integrity, and decision‑making abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability: mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred.
