Compensation: $61,160.00 + customer tips

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Start Time: 6:00 – 7:00 AM until workload is completed

• Deliver premium products to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and account information.
• Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Report any incidents, changes in driving status, or safety concerns.
• Support teammates by sharing solutions and helping where needed.
• Perform water dispenser cleaning services when required.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and upsell goals.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong face‑to‑face sales skills and service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, in various weather conditions, and handle heavy loads (average 250+ units/day, up to 45 lbs each).
• Ability to climb in and out of a CMV 40–55 times/day and work an average 45‑hour week.
• Clean driving record covering the last 3 years, with no major violations.
• Availability to obtain a DOT medical card and meet the 21‑year age requirement.
