The qualified candidate will be responsible for dispatching trucks in and out of our facility and supporting the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization.

• Dispatched live haul trucks, drivers, and forklifts; weighed trucks.
• Communicated with live haul crews to coordinate the gathering of live chickens for transport to the processing plants.
• Managed department paperwork, ensuring live haul tickets were in order.
• Made important decisions and prioritized different tasks within the department.
• Handled phone systems for incoming and outgoing calls.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Previous experience in live haul dispatching preferred.
• Experience in MTech preferred.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Exceptional organizational, record keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
