HCGP is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper & Office Manager with 3-5 years of experience. The role focuses on critical financial tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting, alongside light administrative responsibilities. You will work 20 hours a week and earn $24 per hour while contributing to community and economic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records and bookkeeping tasks
• Handle invoicing and financial reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports using Quick Books Online
• Support daily office operations and administrative duties
• Maintain organizational systems for financial documents
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Attention to detail in financial reporting
