Position: BroadGrain Plant Operations Role
Join Broad Grain Commodities Inc. as a key member in plant operations. In this hands-on role, you will be involved in essential activities like unloading railcars and maintaining operational safety.

You’ll report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for various tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, cleaning, and general maintenance. The role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to adapt to both indoor and outdoor work conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload railcars following safety protocols

• Clean silos and maintain the yard area

• Transfer products safely and efficiently

• Perform general maintenance of yard equipment

• Operate machinery such as skid steer and pay loader

Requirements:

• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities

• Comfortable lifting weights up to 45 kg

• Physically prepared for diverse environmental conditions

• Willingness to work extended and varied shifts

• Quick adaptability to changing daily demands
