Position: Full Time Registered Practical Nurse Ontario
Enhance lives as a full-time Registered Practical Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario. Contribute to resident care, medication administration, and treatment assessments with exceptional standards of nursing.

In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Care while collaborating in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure high-quality resident care. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and assessing care plans for residents. You will also direct nursing and personal care staff, promoting seamless collaboration in the delivery of care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care adhering to nursing standards and physician orders

• Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Oversee restorative and palliative care services

• Train and supervise nursing staff, conducting performance appraisals

• Participate in administrative policy interpretation and implementation

Requirements:

• Valid certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Eligible for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association

• Current First Aid and BLS Certification

• Strong knowledge of nursing and infection control practices

• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
