Position: Full Time Registered Practical Nurse

As a Registered Practical Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes, you will support resident life through medication administration and health assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care per established standards and physician guidelines

• Assess and implement resident care plans, coordinating with physicians

• Organize restorative and palliative care activities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance and training

• Document and report on vital signs and resident conditions

Requirements:

• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registered with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario

• First Aid and BLS certification

• Strong knowledge of infection control practices

• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities
