Position: Gas Bar Backup Supervisor Opportunity
Become a Gas Bar Backup Supervisor with Central Ontario FS, a trusted division of GROWMARK, Inc. Provide excellent customer service in all weather while overseeing fuel sales and store operations.

In this supervisory role, you will support the Gas Bar Supervisor in managing daily operations and enhancing customer experiences. Main tasks include greeting customers, filling fuel tanks safely, and resolving issues as they arise. You will also assist in hiring and training staff to promote a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the gas bar

• Fill gas, diesel, and propane tanks safely

• Keep the property clean and well-maintained

• Resolve conflicts between customers and employees

• Help with hiring and training for Gas Bar staff

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and conflict resolution skills

• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions

• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
