As our Trailer Service Writer, you'll earn a competitive base salary and bonus for a total of up to $100,000 per year (= Base salary + Monthly Bonus potential). But that's not all! We also offer phenomenal benefits

As our Trailer Service Writer, you play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities include examining trucks and trailers to assess damage comprehensively, estimating repair costs accurately, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process. You'll collaborate with technicians, review repair estimates with management, and prepare detailed repair orders to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. By maintaining positive relationships with customers, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you contribute directly to our success and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of experience with heavy‑duty tractor‑trailer repair
• Strong knowledge of truck and trailer repair techniques and processes
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and communicate them effectively to customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience with Fullbay, DMX, and SMS is preferred.
