Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Green Lake Nursery is a wholesale grower established in 1983, serving garden centers, landscape contractors, and other industry professionals across North Texas. We specialize in perennials and Texas native plants, and we’re located just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, with routine deliveries throughout Texas,

We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our team that picks, stages, and loads customer orders for delivery and customer pickup. You’ll make sure every order leaves the nursery complete, accurate, healthy, and on time.

• Lead, schedule, and coach the order fulfillment crew and leads
• Prioritize orders by delivery route and pickup schedule
• Verify picked product matches invoices and is staged on the right truck
• Keep plants healthy from the field through loading
• Manage customer pickup and provide excellent service
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Growing, Inventory, and Maintenance
• Enforce equipment safety checks and safe work practices

• Previous supervisory experience (fulfillment, warehouse, or agriculture preferred)
• Nursery or horticulture experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and stand, walk, and kneel for long periods
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
