Seaham United Kingdom Offer s is looking for a Contract Delivery Manager to join our team in Seaham. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Oversee the delivery of all repair and maintenance contracts within the assigned region or portfolio

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations

Manage project budgets, ensuring that work is delivered within financial constraints

Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Delivery Supervisors and site operatives

Provide regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and key issues to senior management

Support the bidding and tendering process as needed

Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on contract performance and market trends

NVQ or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related fieldSMSTSCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card Experience in a supervisory role within the repairs and maintenance or construction industry

Experience working within the social housing sector or on large-scale maintenance contracts

Full UK driving licence
