The Company Due to continued expansion, my client situated in Bolton is looking for a Multi skilled engineer on a panama shift to add to their growing internal engineering Team.

The Role - Multi skilled engineer Quick response to breakdowns and its rectification, ensuring that all work is carried out in an effective and safe manner Ensure all reports and records are completed correctly and issued within the correct timescales Fully support improvement initiatives and development of the engineering department to enable the business to grow To ensure the achievements of the engineering KPIs and targets are met Be part of the corrective and planned maintenance programs Assist in the development, input and the fully utilisation of the CMMS program Mentor and support other team members Ensure a good working relationship with production and all support functions To ensure all Company procedures and rules are adhered to;
Health & Safety, Food Hygiene standards To ensure all plant and equipment are maintained and kept operational and safe To establish an effective working relationship with production and ensure regular communication and feedback To identify and implement labour saving and productivity improvements in conjunction with production teams Provide engineering and technical support / training for Line Technicians

What We Are Looking For The Multi skilled engineer should be experienced within a similar role and have the following skills/experience:
General Skills Good engineering knowledge gained within a maintenance FMCG or similar environment Self managed and able to demonstrate a good level of performance Multi-skilled or electrical ONC / NVQ 3 or higher in maintenance engineering Good communication and IT skills Have good organisation skills and attention to detail Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues What Is On Offer - Multi skilled engineer Unrivalled training & development plan Company Pension with Legal and General (4% company contribution) On-site parking Partially subsidised canteen (open 3 times per day between 07:30 17:30).
