Warehouse Supervisor

Full Time, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is a hands on role where you will lead by example, support a motivated team and ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of warehouse operations.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including goods in, dispatch, stock movement and storage
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, stock control and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, 5S, SOPs and operational procedures
• Conduct daily warehouse checks and maintain excellent housekeeping
• Coordinate FLT and pallet truck allocation to meet operational needs
• Work closely with production, planning, technical and transport teams to resolve issues quickly
• Lead, support and motivate a team, promoting a positive and respectful culture
• Manage resource planning, holidays, absences and performance discussions
• Support onboarding and general team development

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and goods in/out processes
• Confident leader able to coach, guide and motivate others
• Calm, solutions driven approach with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good IT literacy including Excel and warehouse systems
