- 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Team player, resilient, eager to learn & curious
- Good communication skills in English
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor
- Show mental strength and fight fair by adopting the athlete’s mindset and following the behaviours that form our culture
