HR Business Partner
If you’re an experienced HR professional looking for a hands‑on role within the food industry then this role could be for you!
About the role:
- Location:
County Durham (This is a site‑based role) - Salary: up to £40-42K DOE (+ 10% Bonus)
- Reporting to: HR Manager
- Hours:
8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a proactive, hands‑on HR service at your local site, partnering with managers to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Act as a key link between the HR Manager and site leadership teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting strategic people initiatives.
