As an Operations Coordinator for our Jewelry department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence is maintained for this growing division. This position involves order processing inventory monitoring, logistical coordination, and reporting. Success in this role hinges on effective cross‑functional collaboration requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving approach.

• Order processing, maintenance and allocation (additions, deletions, modifications)
• Inventory monitoring and maintenance
• Warehouse coordination (shipping, receiving, warehousing, pick and pack, traffic, inventory, cycle counts)
• Quality Assurance
• EDI
• Manage company inbound / outbound logistics and daily operations of the eCommerce division
• Familiarity with computer ERP systems and report writing
• Managing: fulfillment rates, cancellation rates, and shipping standards

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in distribution operations
• Effective time management and adherence to deadlines
• Operational experience in a company that sells across marketplace platforms is a requirement
• Jewelry or timepieces industry experience is preferred
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi‑task
• Must be a team player
