The Lead or Senior Ground Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Engineer will join a high-performing team that is immersed in high intensity development projects. Seal Beach, CA Both positions can be supported out of either facility, so El Segundo or Seal Beach. Requirements:

- 10+ years SE experience - 5+ years leading projects - BS in Scientific, Technical, or Engineering discipline - Hardware and SW I&T experience, more hardware experience is preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads system architecture, design, development, integration and test, verification and validation, certification, and operations through modernization efforts.
• Integrates and tests system design solutions across various Ground test environments and operational facilities.
• Defines and develops system test requirements, regression testing, test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Leads and performs system execution, analysis and preparation of test results to support verification, validation, certification, and transition.
• Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
• Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
• Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
• Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
• Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
• Interfaces with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.
