SummaryThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting global sales and marketing teams by coordinating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating digital campaigns, maintaining the marketing database, organizing trade shows, and handling social media to promote DTS products and strengthen brand visibility worldwide. Target markets include automotive safety, aerospace and defense, and injury biomechanics testing.

Responsibilities and DutiesInclude but are not limited to:
Event Planning & Execution- Plans and organizes 10-12 trade shows/events annually (US and International).
- Leads event kick‑off meetings, status updates, and post‑event evaluations to ensure seamless execution, team alignment, and knowledge‑sharing.
- Plans booth layout & product displays, including rentals and AV, while maintaining corporate branding.
- Coordinates setup and breakdown for events, including packing booth & display items, shipping & logistics, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials.
- Manages the tradeshow & events calendar, including timelines for all related activities.
- Supports lead generation tactics, including setting up lead retrieval devices, working with sales to tag/segment contacts for the database, and uploading contacts to Hub Spot for follow‑up and nurturing.
- Manages DTS’s Hub Spot platform, including building and maintaining workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Segments audiences effectively to deliver personalized and relevant messaging that guides potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance, using key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborates with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manages the marketing database in Hub Spot, including Life Cycle stages to ensure data integrity and effective segmentation for targeted initiatives.
- Develops and executes social media strategies aligned with business goals, including managing daily postings and engagement across all social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, You Tube).
- Tracks and monitors spending, keeping a detailed record of all marketing‑related expenses, comparing actual costs against the planned budget.
- Handles purchasing for show rentals, promotional items, displays, and marketing materials.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as requested by DTS management.

- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent education including college-level studies in marketing and previous experience (approximately 3+ years) in a marketing, sales support, or related position, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related business discipline is preferred. Previous experience working in a B2B marketing role is necessary.
- Previous experience successfully coordinating trade shows and/or other events is necessary.
