Driver – Part-Time (Class B License Required)

Location:

Ivy Park at Seal Beach, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

Pay Range: $19.50–$21.50 per hour.

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, special activities, and personal resident appointments.
• Assist with safe loading and unloading of residents and belongings.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.
• Maintain proper vehicle inspection and driving standards.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and excursions.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B or Class C driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
• Preferable 2+ years experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening (physical and TB tests).
• Open to required vaccination, daily screening, and PPE usage as per guidelines.
