Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Tiger Star Construction Corporation, a subsidiary of Hailiang, is seeking a Mandarin/English bilingual Project Manager Assistant to support construction projects, including factory expansion work.

This role focuses on traditional, hands‑on construction management, including site coordination, scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation. This is an on‑site position, not a remote role.

• Assist the project manager with daily construction site coordination and scheduling.
• Track construction progress, follow up on tasks, and report delays or issues.
• Read construction drawings and assist with coordinating site work.
• Facilitate communication among Mandarin- and English‑speaking teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with coordinating materials, deliveries, and daily work arrangements.
• Support quality and safety follow‑up under the project manager’s direction.
• Prepare and organize project documents, meeting notes, and progress reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Construction site or project coordination experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and traditional construction processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on site and participate in daily construction coordination.
