Our ideal Sterilization Tech will have an active Registered Dental Assistant license within the state of Texas and some RDA/Sterilization Tech experience. However, we are willing to train someone new to dentistry if they have the right attitude. This is a great opportunity if you are a newly registered dental assistant seeking your first position in the field.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:45am to 5:15pm

Compensation: $14‑$16/hr, plus bonus opportunities

• Record accurate and up‑to‑date treatment needs and documentation
• Be able to take care of the patient's needs and concerns with compassion
• Sterilization of dental instruments following OSHA guidelines

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License as required by state
• Sterilization Tech/RDA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• X‑ray certification
• Denticon experience is a plus
