Sealy Eye Center, conveniently located just outside of Katy in the greater Houston area, is seeking a dedicated optometrist to become an integral part of their expanding team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, both part‑time and full‑time opportunities, and a voice‑first culture that sets a healthy work‑life balance by operating Monday to Friday; no weekends required.

Sealy Eye Center is devoted to delivering compassionate, personalized eye care through comprehensive exams and advanced treatments, serving as a trusted vision care resource for the west side of Houston and nearby communities. Utilizing state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic technology including retinal imaging, OCT, visual field testing, corneal topography, and digital refraction systems, the practice emphasizes early detection and effective management of eye conditions.

As the newest optometrist, you will conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess vision and ocular health, diagnose, manage, and treat a wide variety of eye conditions including complex cases, prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and therapeutic treatments tailored to each patient’s needs, and coordinate referrals for advanced or surgical cases within a strong network of ophthalmologists. You will also provide patient education about eye health, preventive measures, and treatment options and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet practice and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry school and is licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain one before the start date. You bring clinical expertise, confidence performing comprehensive eye examinations, skillful diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular diseases, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
