To assist, monitor and supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch.
Major Responsibilities and Duties- Monitor and supervise students in the cafeteria.
- Help students advance through the serving line and past the cashier.
- Maintain a lunchroom atmosphere of cheerfulness, cleanliness, orderliness and personal caring.
- Manage student behavior in the cafeteria and make discipline referrals to campus administration.
- Assist in clearing and wiping cafeteria tables.
- Help students exit the cafeteria and return to their classrooms in a safe and orderly manner.
- Attendance at work is an essential function.
- Other duties as assigned by the campus principal or designee.
- Experience working with children preferred
Paygrade: H1 $ 13.51/hr
Wage Exemption Status:
Non-Exempt
Hours/Day: 3
Special Knowledge/Skills- Constructive and cooperative attitude toward the duties of the aide, the school, the staff and the students.
