Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC/LCSW) – 30 miles west of Katy, TX
Opportunity Highlights- Part-time position: 3 days per week (Monday–Friday schedule)
- Provide on-site mental health care in a skilled nursing facility
- Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and support patient mental health goals
- Complete documentation remotely within 48 hours of patient visit (iPad or laptop provided)
- Work independently with support from clinical leadership and facility staff
- Estimated daily compensation: $250 – $375/day
, based on experience and productivity - No cap on income potential

- Must hold active licensure in Texas as LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics is a plus

- Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic or Gehrimed) is helpful but not required
- Located just west of Houston
