** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract sand and gravel.
* Monitor dredging operations and adjust controls to maintain optimal production.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on dredge machinery.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational needs.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe manner.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
* Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
** Conditions of Employment

** Work Environment
