The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations. • Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipment used in handling of clay material
• Perform general utility work
• Perform maintenance on equipment

• Previous experience in a non-climate-controlled production environment
• Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling
• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) - required and provided

• High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
