Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Stone Finisher & Fabricator to join our production team. This role focuses on the final detailing and finishing of natural stone after it's cut on CNC saws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish stone by removing saw marks and imperfections using grinders, polishers, and sanders.

• Shape and trim stone to final dimensions or design details.

• Apply specified textures or edge treatments.

• Read and interpret shop tickets and drawings to meet exact specifications.

• Assist with quality control, flagging issues before shipment.

• Collaborate with CNC operators and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Safely move and handle large stone pieces using material handling equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience in stone fabrication, finishing, or a related trade preferred.

• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy materials with assistance.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented.
