Job Summary: The Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the production line and equipment while working in a safe manner.

• Provide materials to production line.
• Weigh and mix raw materials.
• Set up, operate, monitor equipment and the flow of materials.
• Perform periodic quality control inspections.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to wear PPE and maintain company safety policies (Eye Protection, Hearing Protection, Respirator, and Steel Toe Shoes).

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Stand for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or balance.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work in an environment exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
