• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support housekeeping standards.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

• Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
• Reliable communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily duties.
• Capability to work in physically active roles that may include repetitive motions, working at heights, and navigating uneven surfaces.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting Pay $26.68 per hour DOE
