** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Supervise and support plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
* Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance to meet customer demands.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
* Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.##

* May be required to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements.
* Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.##
