Description

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned restaurant.
