Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Tiger Star Construction Company is seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers to support the construction and installation of plumbing systems for the Hailiang Copper industrial facilities. Candidates will work on-site
, performing installations, maintenance, and supervision of plumbing tasks in compliance with Texas plumbing codes and project specifications.

• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including piping, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical plans.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) regulations and safety standards.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and proper operation.
• Supervise and guide apprentices and Tradesman Plumber-Limited personnel on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and other trades for integrated construction activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (TSBPE-certified)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a licensed commercial plumber
• Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems, fittings, and materials
• Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and installation methods
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in physically demanding conditions
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in commercial plumbing installations
• OSHA or other safety certifications relevant to construction sites
• Ability to mentor and train less-experienced plumbers on the team
