The Springs of Searcy is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents recover strength, increase mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence through personalized, goal-oriented therapy.

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to resident needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic care
• Document treatment sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and fall prevention

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas
