Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or PRN
Location: The Springs of Searcy Health & Rehabilitation, Searcy, AR

The Springs of Searcy is a 245-bed Medicare/Medicaid-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing comprehensive in-house therapy services
. Our team is dedicated to delivering quality care that supports improved mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in providing effective, resident-centered therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercise, gait/balance training, and manual therapy.

  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress to support ongoing plan-of-care adjustments.

  • Maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.

  • Provide supportive, respectful care while adhering to facility policies and confidentiality standards.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during meetings and care conferences.

Qualifications

  • Active PTA license in the state of Arkansas (required).

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time or PRN available
