Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or PRN

Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in providing effective, resident-centered therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercise, gait/balance training, and manual therapy.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress to support ongoing plan-of-care adjustments.
Maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Provide supportive, respectful care while adhering to facility policies and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during meetings and care conferences.
Qualifications
Active PTA license in the state of Arkansas (required).
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time or PRN available
