We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager at our store in Searcy, AR (Store 1026 – Town & Country Plz). As a full‑time retail store manager, you will lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable customer experience. The role involves building and supervising a high‑performance team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 management members.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession, sales, loyalty, and talent development.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omnichannel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense management.

• Previous management experience required; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
