Electrical Testing Team Leader

We're looking for an Testing Team Leader to lead a Electrical Testing Team, acting as the first point of contact for the Fixed Wire Testing Manager and team members while ensuring works are delivered in accordance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations

The Electrical Testing Team Leader, will be responsible for:

* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing feedback, support and escalation where appropriate.

* Ensure effective pre-job briefings, supervision arrangements, workface inspections, quality assurance and lessons learned are completed throughout team operations.

* Work closely with the Fixed Wire Testing Manager to schedule planned works, maximise resource utilisation and ensure successful delivery.

* Coach, mentor and develop team members, supporting them in reaching their full potential.

* Deliver regular team briefings, promote excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with clients and operational teams.

To be successful for this Electrical Testing Team Leader role you must have:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance and Installation (or equivalent).

* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (or equivalent).

* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a Fixed Wire Testing environment.

* Full clean UK driving licence.

* Ability to organise work effectively and liaise with operational teams and the Fixed Wire Testing Manager.
