We are a busy luxury automotive service department seeking an outgoing and customer focused, call center representative! This is a fast paced position, primarily answering telephones and scheduling service appointments. Our Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:30, Saturday from 8:00-4:30 and closed on Sundays.

$21-25 per hour, depending on experience

Tuesday-Saturday (Sun/Mon off)

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
