Under the administrative oversight of the Associate Provost for Student Success and the general direction of the Director of Undergraduate Advising and Student Success, the Administrative Strategist III undertakes training, research, analytics, reporting, and development of assessment and evaluation efforts of considerable scope to advance CSUMB’s Success Framework with a special emphasis on the initiatives related to advising. The incumbent provides functional expertise related to advising and student success and serves in the capacity where the work centers on leadership and strategy and professional development: (1) develop assessments;

(2) develop advising strategies and campaign efforts; and (3) develop and provide advising training across the campus.
