RECREATION LEADER – YEAR-ROUND, PART-TIME – SEASIDE PARK

The Borough of Seaside Park seeks an energetic, well-organized, individual for the Recreation Department. The ideal candidate must be well organized, have good verbal and written skills and be able to work well with the public.

• Currently the majority of the tasks take place during the summer season, but the Borough is open to new ideas on expanding our recreational offerings.
• Primary responsibilities include organizing a monthly luncheon for borough seniors October through May, organizing and managing a seasonal farmer’s market, flea market, Labor Day Weekend arts and craft show, large summer town festival and various Christmas events.
• Other summer events include weekly kite nights, community concerts and an outdoor movie night.

The salary range for this position is up to $30,000 annually. The Borough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
