Sales Specialist – The Home Depot
Location:
Seaside, CA
Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Responsibilities- Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions, including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step of the shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other key metrics.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety; work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory and drive in‑stock levels to support a seamless shopping experience.
