Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain strong product knowledge and give customers in‑depth information on product features and benefits.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with brand and product knowledge, company information, sales events, and company‑wide events; become a resource to our customer base.

• Try new ideas to grow and progress; we welcome fresh input.
• Don’t fear failure; prepare well and learn from each experience.

• Part‑time position: earn an hourly base rate plus tiered commission based on sales goals.
