Sales Associate (Lead Generator FT or PT)

Join Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical as a Sales Associate (Lead Generator). We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to generate in‑home sales leads for our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity for great income.

Compensation
: $20.00/hr (Part‑time or Full‑time). Spiffs for sold leads. Fuel reimbursement for travel to selected warehouses.

Job duties
:

• Speak to potential customers/homeowners.
• Collect customer details as leads for outside sales and comfort advisors.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support.
• Work independently, including weekends.
• Training provided.

Job requirements

• Professional in warehouse setting.
• Clean appearance.
• High school graduate with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work 20‑30 hours per week.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Strong sales generating ability.
