Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only role with no inpatient responsibilities 4-day workweek (Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts) for excellent work-life balance Light phone-only call shared among the team Join a small, collaborative team including 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner Full-time, hospital-employed position with access to specialist support 4 hours of weekly administrative time Integrated Cerner EMR system across the organization

Ideal Candidate:
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD or DO with (or eligible for) unrestricted Oregon medical license Active DEA registration Team-oriented and patient-centered physician
