Overview

Responsibilities- Provide direct-patient care as part of a full-spectrum primary care practice
- Lead as Medical Director over three primary care clinics
- Dedicate time for leadership responsibilities including quality improvement projects, supervision, and administrative tasks
- Mentor and receive support from the current medical director during a transition period
- Work a 4-day schedule per week
- Operate within a patient-centered medical home model with co-located providers, MAs, and patient relations specialists
- Collaborate with social work, psychologist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, dietician, and Pharm
D for comprehensive care - Provide access to full specialty care for North Coast patients, including obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and hematology/oncology
- At least 2 years of practice experience
- Board-certified in Family Medicine

Providence North Coast Clinic, with primary care offices in Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Warrenton, includes an outpatient infusion clinic, a rehabilitation services center, and specialty care clinics in Seaside and Astoria.
